dc.description	In its decision in Packingham v North Carolina, the Supreme Court of the United States found a North Carolina law that barred registered sex offenders from ac- cessing commercial social networking web sites (social media) as unconstitutional, be- cause of the law’s overbroad restriction of lawful first amendment speech. This comment analyzes the details of the constitutional review by the Supreme Court, reviewing the general criteria used in such reviews, using the arguments presented in the case. It also briefly considers the possible consequences of the decision.	en-US
dc.description	Al resolver el caso Packingham con North Carolina, la Suprema Corte de Justicia de los Estados Unidos determinó que una ley de Carolina del Norte que prohibía a los criminales sexuales sentenciados el acceso y uso de sitios web comerciales sociales (redes sociales) era inconstitucional, debido a la restricción excesiva de la libertad de expresión. Este comentario analiza los detalles del estudio de constitucionalidad hecho por la Suprema Corte, al repasar los criterios generales del control de constitucionalidad de Estados Unidos a partir de los argumentos presentados en el caso, y reflexiona breve- mente sobre las posibles consecuencias de esta resolución.	es-ES
