The crisis product of Covid-19 in Colombia has affected a broad range of human rights, including the ability of people to access justice in a timely and effective manner. This paper aims to analyze the impact that Covid-19 has had on human rights, specifically, the right to access to justice, and the influence of new technological environments that have contributed to guaranteeing and protecting these rights. It will describe how the Colombian State adopts measures to prevent human rights and fundamental freedoms from being limited, and, in this way, the State must continue to uphold and protect international human rights standards.La crisis producto del covid-19 en Colombia ha afectado una amplia gama de derechos humanos, incluida la posibilidad de las personas para acceder a la justicia de manera eficaz y ágil. El presente artículo pretende analizar el impacto que el covid-19 tiene sobre los derechos humanos, específicamente, sobre el derecho al acceso a la justicia, y las maneras en que los nuevos entornos tecnológicos han permitido garantizar y proteger dichos derechos. Se expondrá cómo el Estado colombiano ha adoptado medidas para evitar que los derechos humanos y libertades fundamentales sean limitadas y, de esta forma, ha continuado protegiendo y garantizando los estándares internacionales y las normas de derechos humanos.
