| dc.description | In the Spanish immigration regulations measures intended to ensure that victims of domestic violence foreign women not hindered their access to justice and full social care issues as foreigners are expected. However, the requirement for access to exceptional regimes is expected to prove the status of a victim of domestic violence, which can only be done by the means which the law relating to aliens includes: the protection order, the report of the Prosecutor and the final judgment. Here the practical problems posed by these mechanisms are addressed. | en-US |
| dc.description | En la normativa española de extranjería se prevén medidas que pretenden garantizar que las mujeres extranjeras víctimas de violencia de género no vean obstaculizado su acceso a la justicia y a la atención social integral por cuestiones relacionadas con su condición de extranjeras. Ahora bien, el requisito para poder acceder a los regímenes excepcionales previstos es acreditar la condición de víctima de violencia de género, lo que solo se puede hacer utilizando los medios que la propia normativa de extranjería contempla: la orden de protección, el informe del Ministerio Fiscal y la sentencia definitiva. Aquí se abordan los problemas prácticos que estos mecanismos plantean. | es-ES |
