The author posits the existence of certain regularities to be found in every social organization. In the present paper five of such regularities are identified, under the denomination of "laws of social organizations". Each of these establishes border lines that set limits or constraints for the designer of organizations, in a way similar to that of the laws of physics, chemistry and other scientific fields.El autor postula la existencia de ciertas regularidades que se presentan o afectan a todas las organizaciones sociales. En este trabajo se identifican cinco de tales regularidades, las que son definidas como "leyes de la organización social". Cada una se constituye en restricciones o limitaciones que deben ser respetadas por los diseñadores de organizaciones, de la misma forma como lo son, en otros campos, las leyes de la física o de la química.
