| dc.description | This article seeks to reveal the presence or absence of intercultural references in the formal documents of the Research Ethics Committees (CEI) of Chilean universities attached to the Rectors Committee. Public documents from twenty-nine universities were analyzed. The main findings account for the absence of ethical safeguards associated with the original and migrant voices under study and the procedures carried out when facing the study of intercultural phenomena. It concludes a decolonial profile absent in the CEI and a delicate.proximity to the justification of its existence as compliance with Western investigative requirements. | en-US |
| dc.description | Este artículo busca develar la presencia o ausencia de los referentes interculturales en los documentos formales de los Comités de ética de la investigación (CEI) de universidades chilenas adscritas al Comité de Rectores. Se analizaron documentos públicos de veintinueve universidades. Los principales hallazgos dan cuenta de la ausencia de resguardos éticos asociados a las voces originarias y migrantes en estudio y los procedimientos realizados al enfrentar el estudio de fenómenos interculturales. Se concluye un perfil decolonial ausente en los CEI y una delicada proximidad a la justificación de su existencia como cumplimiento de los requisitos investigativos occidentales. | es-ES |
