| dc.description | Over time, the understanding of the health-disease process has evolved along with the various environments and conditions in which society has been immersed, with different forms of care, treatment and prevention. Similarly, the social and economic structure has led to inequalities in medical care, generating social subclasses regarding access to health care and physical and functional capacities. This writing briefly introduces the social subclasses in health-disease that have emerged from the socio-economic structure of capitalism. | en-US |
