| dc.description | El programa “Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro” busca capacitar a los jóvenes para el mercado laboral y con ello disminuir el desempleo. El objetivo de este artículo es analizar los resultados del programa. La hipótesis es que el programa cumple con capacitar a los jóvenes, sin embargo, no garantiza la inserción en el mercado laboral una vez finalizado el proceso de capacitación. La metodología utilizada es mixta: se revisaron los objetivos del programa, sus reglas de operación, se obtuvieron datos de los beneficiarios y de los tutores, y además se realizaron diecisiete entrevistas a jóvenes que participaron. Se concluye demostrando la hipótesis y sugiriendo una revisión de la operación para evitar la corrupción. | es-ES |
| dc.description | The “Young People Building the Future” program seeks to train young people for the labor market and thereby reduce unemployment. The objective of this article is to analyze the results of the program. The hypothesis is that the program complies with training young people, however, it does not guarantee insertion in the labor market once the training process is finished. The methodology used is mixed: the objectives of the program and its rules of operation were reviewed, data was obtained from the beneficiaries and the tutors, and seventeen interviews were also carried out with the young people who participated. It concludes by proving the hypothesis and suggesting a review of the operation to avoid corruption. | en-US |
