dc.description	Given the contrast and tension between a Chilean identity marked by national unity and a heterogeneous sociocultural reality, we are interested in contributing to the knowledge about what historical processes or social and cultural practices have defined the construction and reproduction of national, local and ethnic identities in Chile, and what practical or theoretical importance they have played in the construction of these ideas on heritage and the past. This dossier contains a succession of writings derived from various disciplines such as art, law, archaeology, anthropology, and history, which give an account of the past, identity and heritage in Chile from a specific and critical perspective.	en-US
dc.description	Dado el contraste y tensión entre una identidad chilena marcada por la unidad nacional y una realidad sociocultural heterogénea, nos interesa aportar al conocimiento sobre qué procesos históricos o prácticas sociales y culturales han definido la construcción y reproducción de identidades nacionales, locales y étnica en Chile, y qué importancia práctica o teórica han jugado en la construcción de estos las ideas sobre el patrimonio y pasado. Este dossier contiene una sucesión de escritos derivados de diversas disciplinas como el arte, el derecho, la arqueología, la antropología e historia, que dan cuenta del pasado, identidad y patrimonios en Chile desde una perspectiva específica y crítica.	es-ES
