| dc.description | Las evidencias de las ocupaciones alfareras del sitio Cuchipuy, situado en la ex laguna de Tagua Tagua (Chile Central), muestran un contexto habitacional con entierros humanos y redundancia ocupacional asociada a la explotación de recursos terrestres y lagunares. El contexto presenta afinidades culturales con los niveles alfareros del cercano sitio de Santa Inés, así como con otros asentamientos de la localidad. La evidencia de obsidiana y moluscos marinos, muestra algún tipo de contacto con ambientes cordilleranos y la costa Pacífica, sugiriendo patrones de movilidad para el período Alfarero Temprano de Chile Central.| Alfarero Temprano, subsistencia, afinidades culturales, Chile Central.|Evidence gathered at the ceramic period occupations at Cuchipuy site, located in the former lake of Tagua Tagua (Central Chile), show a residential context with human burials and occupational redundancy in association to the exploitation of terrestrial and lake resources. The context presents cultural affinities with the pottery period levels of the closely located Santa Inés site, as well as with other settlements on the locality.
