It then looks into the history of this right as it was promoted by the Constitutional Court of Colombia, understanding this process as a valuableexperience for the recognition of water as an authentic and actionable fundamental right, and with an aim to determine what its full enjoyment depends on, particularly in contexts where the precarious economic situation of an individual or a community prevents its fulfillment. | en-US |
