dc.description	This article presents an overview about the discussion in relation to the notions of the constitutionality block and the conventionality control and its application in Chile. By analysing judgments, the article aims to demonstrate that in the last years there has been a legal opening about the theoretical and practical incorporation of these notions which has resulted in the strengthening of the protection of fundamental rights.	en-US
dc.description	El presente artículo presenta un panorama general sobre la discusión respecto de las nociones de bloque de constitucionalidad y control de convencionalidad y su aplicación en Chile. Mediante el análisis de sentencias, el artículo busca evidenciar que en los últimos años ha existido una apertura jurisprudencial a la incorporación teórica y práctica de estas nociones, lo que ha redundado en el fortalecimiento de la protección de los derechos fundamentales.	es-ES
