dc.descriptionThis paper aims to expose the current regulation on accession and denunciation of international human rights treaties. An exposition is made on what is established, in this sense, both by International Law and Chilean domestic law, mentioning the relevant norms in the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties and the Political Constitution of the Republic of Chile of 1980, respectively. Finally, a proposal of content is made for the Constitutional Convention that will elaborate the new Chilean constitution during the years 2021 and 2022.en-US
dc.descriptionEste trabajo pretende exponer la regulación actual sobre adhesión y denuncia de tratados internacionales de derechos humanos. Se hace una exposición sobre lo que establece, en este sentido, tanto el Derecho Internacional como el Derecho Interno chileno, mencionando las normas atingentes en la Convención de Viena sobre Derecho de Tratados y la Constitución Política de la República de Chile de 1980, respectivamente. Finalmente, se hace una propuesta de contenido para la Convención Constitucional que elaborará la nueva constitución chilena durante los años 2021 y 2022.es-ES
