dc.descriptionLatin American thought has had a decisive influence on the emergence of ideas and institutions that currently serve as the basis for the efforts to establish a New International Economic Order. This paper attempts to tentatively point out some shortcomings and fallacies observed in the analysis of North-South relations, without limiting ourselves to the work carried out in this regard from Latin America, but with special reference to the peculiar - and of the countries in development - and to the fundamental contribution that Latin American thought should make once again to understand these problems.en-US
dc.descriptionEl pensamiento latinoamericano ha tenido una influencia decisiva el surgimiento de las ideas y las instituciones que actualmente sirven de base a los esfuerzos encaminados al establecimiento de un Nuevo Orden Económico Internacional. En este trabajo se procura señalar en forma tentativa algunas falencias y falacias que se observan en análisis de las relaciones Norte-Sur, sin circunscribirnos a la labor realizada en tal sentido desde América Latina, pero con especial a la peculiar –y los países en desarrollo– y al aporte fundamental que el pensamiento latinoamericano debería efectuar una vez más para la comprensión de estos problemas.es-ES
