| dc.description | An analysis of the role of Latin America in the elaboration of a new world order requires an examination of the basic notes of the international system, as it was configured in the 1960s and early 1970s. The examination of the possible influence of a Latin American alliance in the redefinition of the world order requires the explanation of a presupposition; This presupposition is the result of an evaluation of the role that medium and small powers can play in the international system today. El examen de la posible influencia de una alianza latinoamericana en la redefinición del orden mundial, requiere la explicación de un presupuesto; este presupuesto es el resultante de una evaluación del papel que pueden desempeñar hoy en día en el sistema internacional las potencias medias y pequeñas.
