| dc.description | In order to understand the scope of the Latin American integration process, it is convenient to use three different levels of analysis. The first one is the global level, which allows determining the fundamental characteristics of the deep and accelerated change that is being experienced in the world, along with the trends that are observed in terms of the future structuring of world power. A second dimension of analysis corresponds to the Latin American continental level, in which the common elements of its republics come into play in cultural, social, economic and political terms. Finally, we have the level of national analysis regarding the values and interests of each country, where we can determine the possibility of their defense and development. | en-US |
| dc.description | Para comprender mejor los alcances del proceso de integración de América Latina resulta conveniente utilizar a tres niveles de análisis diferentes. Un nivel de alcance mundial que permita determinar, por lo menos en sus líneas generales, las características fundamentales del cambio profundo y acelerado que se vive en el mundo y las tendencias que se advierten en cuanto a la futura estructuración del poder mundial. Una segunda dimensión de análisis corresponde al plano continental latinoamericano en el que entran a jugar los elementos comunes de las repúblicas latinoamericanas en términos culturales, sociales, económicos y políticos. Y, por último, el nivel de análisis nacional en el que se determinan los valores e intereses propios de cada país y la posibilidad de su defensa y de su desarrollo. | es-ES |
