dc.description	Among the different opinions on foreign policy that have arisen in Bolivia regarding the problem of the Mediterranean feel, “reivindicacionismo” (vindicated) has been the most recognized trend. Though “reivindicacionismo” has different aspects, “emotivism” is one of the most representative. It has become, over the past decade, into one of the most influential sources both in foreign policy of that country and in means of communication and national policy. This article analyses the historical origin of that school of thought about Bolivian foreign policy, in which factors outside the field of diplomacy stand out, and its connections to theoretical opinions on international relations.	en-US
dc.description	Entre las diferentes posiciones en política exterior que han surgido en Bolivia respecto del problema de la mediterraneidad, el “reivindicacionismo” ha sido la corriente más reconocida. Aunque el “reivindicacionismo” posee varias vertientes, una de las más representativas es el “emotivismo”. Este se ha transformado, en la última década, en una de las fuentes más influyentes tanto en la política exterior de ese país comoen los medios de comunicación y la política doméstica. En este artículo se analiza el origen histórico de esa corriente de pensamiento en la política exterior boliviana, donde destacan factores externos al campo de la diplomacia y sus vinculaciones con posiciones teóricas de las relaciones internacionales.	es-ES
