dc.description	Economic, social, and cultural rights are the primary citizen demand in the Chilean constitutional process. This paper discusses some relevant issues that must be considered by the Constitutional Convention when creating the catalog of rights regulated by our new constitution. First, we analyze the evolution of rights in the world. Second, we evaluate the economic consequences of rights catalogs. Third, we place the Chilean rights system in the international context.	en-US
dc.description	Los derechos económicos, sociales y culturales conforman la principal demanda ciudadana en el proceso constituyente chileno. Este trabajo discute algunos asuntos relevantes que deben ser considerados por la Convención Constitucional a la hora de conformar el catálogo de derechos que regule nuestra nueva constitución. Primero, analizaremos la evolución de derechos en el mundo. Segundo, evaluamos las consecuencias que tienen los catálogos de derechos. Tercero, situamos nuestro sistema de derechos en el contexto internacional.	es-ES
