This paper seeks to explain a few aspects that shape the current state of the regulation of clinical records, especially with regard to how judicial and administrative jurisprudence understand this regulation.Este trabajo intenta explicar algunos aspectos que dan forma al estado actual de la regulación sobre las fichas clínicas, especialmente el modo en que la jurisprudencia judicial y administrativa ha comprendido dicha regulación.
