In relation to the process of approval in the National Congress of various international treaties, some constitutional problems of great interest have been raised, in the silence of the Constitution, such as determining what is the procedure to which their processing must be adjusted when they contain rules of constitutional organic law and if, from a logical legal point of view, it is appropriate for the Constitutional Court to exercise control of constitutionality over non self executing consensual norms, that is, not self-executing, among others.En relación con el trámite de aprobación en el Congreso Nacional de diversos tratados internacionales, se han suscitado, en el silencio de la Constitución, algunos problemas constitucionales de gran interés, como determinar cuál es el procedimiento al que debe ajustarse su tramitación cuando contienen normas de ley orgánica constitucional y si, desde un punto de vista lógico jurídico, resulta procedente que el Tribunal Constitucional ejerza el control de constitucionalidad sobre normas consencionales non self executing, esto es, no autoejecutables, entre otros.
