dc.descriptionen estas notas se analizará el concepto, origen, importancia, contenido y funciones que cumple el Derecho Procesal Constitucional, custodio máximo del estado de derecho, destacando especialmente la trascendencia que hoy tiene su implementación y reconocimiento en un país que cuente con una democracia efectiva, regulada en lo esencial por una Constitución que contenga las normas básicas que regulen el ejercicio del poder por parte de la autoridad y el pleno reconocimiento de las garantías constitucionales fundamentales, incluyendo en ambos casos su plena y completa protección jurisdiccional, a través del debido proceso.es-ES
