dc.descriptionRecently and in accordance with the series of constitutional reforms that were adopted in 2005, the Organic Law of the Constitutional Court has been changed to agree with the modifications referred to its generation, composition and operation. The constitutional reform, Law No. 20,050, concentrates the control of constitutionality of the laws in the Constitutional Court and creates a new design of the preventive control of constitutionality that corresponds to exercise this court.en-US
dc.descriptionEn fecha reciente y de acuerdo a la serie de reformas constitucionales que se adoptan en el año 2005 se ha cambiado la Ley Orgánica del Tribunal Constitucional para concordar las modificaciones referidas a su generación, composición y funcionamiento. La reforma constitucional, Ley N°20.050, concentra el control de constitucionalidad de las leyes en el Tribunal Constitucional y crea un diseño nuevo del control preventivo de constitucionalidad que le corresponde ejercer a este tribunal.es-ES
