The present work exposes the way in which the Comptroller General of the Republic exercises the control of constitutionality of the acts of the State Administration. To do this, some examples are offered of how the Comptroller's Office, based on its two most important legal functions - the taking of reason and the ruling function - carries out this control of constitutionality, for which some of its main pronouncements have been selected in that document. sense.El presente trabajo expone la forma en que la Contraloría General de la República ejerce el control de constitucionalidad de los actos de la Administración del Estado. Para ello, se ofrecen algunos ejemplos de cómo la Contraloría, a partir de sus dos funciones jurídicas más importantes -la toma de razón y la función dictaminante- realiza este control de constitucionalidad, para lo cual se ha seleccionado algunos de sus principales pronunciamientos en ese sentido.
