The article examines the transparency obligations that the Constitutional Court must comply with as a public body. It gives an account of the legal regime that applies to the Court on this matter, which is made up of both those provisions of Law 20,285 that apply to it, and the modifications introduced to its organic law by Law 20,381. The effectiveness of the transparency of the Constitutional Court is substantial to legitimize the function that it fulfills, which is, to ensure the institutional validity within the constitutional framework. Therefore, the status of compliance with active transparency obligations is explored; The difficulties that the Court must overcome to comply with the requirements of the principle of publicity are identified, not only of the jurisdictional information but also that of an administrative and management nature of the public resources that it is in charge of. Finally, other aspects are raised that are also relevant to ensure transparency on the part of the Court.El artículo examina las obligaciones de transparencia que debe cumplir el Tribunal Constitucional como organismo público. Se da cuenta del régimen jurídico que sobre esta materia se aplica al Tribunal, el cual se conforma tanto por aquellas disposiciones de la ley 20.285 que se le aplican, como por las modificaciones introducidas a su ley orgánica por la ley 20.381. La efectividad de la transparencia del Tribunal Constitucional, es sustancial para legitimar la función que este cumple, cual es, velar por la vigencia institucional dentro del marco constitucional. Por ello, se explora cuál es el estado de cumplimiento de las obligaciones de transparencia activa; se identifican las dificultades que el Tribunal deberá sortear para dar cumplimiento a las exigencias del principio de publicidad, no solo de la información jurisdiccional sino también la de índole administrativo y de gestión de los recursos públicos que tiene a su cargo. Finalmente, se plantean otros aspectos que también son relevantes para asegurar la transparencia por parte del Tribunal.
