dc.descriptionThe purpose of this work is to analyze, based on the data given that it represents the principle of legality, the scope of the constitutional provisions that have traditionally been indicated as the basis of the so-called nullity of Public Law. Likewise, based on the analysis of a recent sentence of the Supreme Court, a probable solution to the problems posed by the low normative density that Chilean Administrative Law presents in this matter will be exposed, considering the possibility of basing the law on common law norms. regulation of said institution.en-US
dc.descriptionEl objeto de este trabajo consiste en analizar a partir del dato dado que representa el principio de legalidad, el alcance de las disposiciones constitucionales que tradicionalmente se han indicado como fundamento de la llamada nulidad de Derecho Público. Asimismo, a partir del análisis de una reciente sentencia de la Corte Suprema, se expondrá una probable solución a los problemas que plantea la escasa densidad normativa que en esta materia presenta el Derecho Administrativo chileno, planteándose la posibilidad de basar en normas de Derecho común la regulación de dicha institución.es-ES
