The constitutional reform of 2005, by Law 20,050, was based on two motions and a presidential veto. We believe that this reform contains interesting study material in relation to treaties, since it alludes to several institutions that were not considered in the old norm.La reforma constitucional del año 2005, por la Ley 20.050, tuvo su fundamento en dos mociones y un veto presidencial. Estimamos que esta reforma contiene un interesante material de estudio en relación a los tratados, pues hace alusión a varias instituciones que en la antigua norma no se consideraban.
