The constitutional reform of 2005 presents interesting facets in many aspects. Some of them are anecdotal, such as the suppression, in the text of the Charter, of the transitory provisions related to the passage from the authoritarian regime to its full application, in a kind of attempt to erase the link with an undesirable constitutional lineage and incidentally , also, with the history of which said provisions were part.La reforma constitucional del año 2005 presenta facetas interesantes en muchos aspectos. Algunos de ellos son anecdóticos, como la supresión, en el texto de la Carta, de las disposiciones transitorias relativas al paso desde el régimen autoritario a su aplicación plena, en una especie de intento por borrar el vínculo con un linaje constitucional indeseable y de paso, también, con la historia de la que dichas disposiciones formaron parte.
