| dc.description | Hace unos días, en el Congreso Nacional se planteó por un honorable diputado la necesidad de discutir un proyecto de ley que autorice el aborto, siendo desechada tal posibilidad por la generalidad de los parlamentarios. Llama la atención que no se diera mayor argumentación acerca de una cuestión que resulta esencial, y, por qué no decirlo, vital. Recuerdo eso sí, que aquellos que se manifestaron en contra, plantearon un problema de constitucionalidad que obligaría a reformar, nuevamente, la Constitución. | es-ES |
