Corte Constitucional de Colombia. Buscando la dimensión internacional, se hace una brevísima sinopsis del tránsito constitucional, para luego tratar de mostrar dos aspectos: Cuál es la razón de que la Corte Constitucional se haya puesto tan de moda en Colombia; En segundo lugar, cómo han asumido los poderes públicos tradicionales el cambio constitucional y qué tan dispuestos están a aceptar la nueva cultura de los derechos humanos. | es-ES |
