| dc.description | A partir de la década de los 90, el Tribunal Constitucional se vio en la necesidad de resolver complejas materias que decían relación, entre otras, con el vínculo existente entre los tratados internacionales y el orden jurídico interno, la supremacía y criterios de validez y aplicabilidad entre unos y otro, etc. Sin lugar a dudas, las contiendas planteadas ante dicha magistratura abonaron el ambiente para que el proyecto de reforma constitucional presentado por los senadores Andrés Chadwick y Sergio Romero tuviera receptividad a nivel parlamentario, y para que la idea de modificar el sistema de incorporación de los tratados internacionales al Derecho Interno fuera finalmente aceptada por el Ejecutivo, reemplazando un ordenamiento cuyos orígenes se remontaban a la Constitución de 1828. | es-ES |
