The author states that Law No. 20,050 is the eighteenth reform introduced to the Charter of 1980. However, only the reforms of 1989, the one of 1991, one of 1997 and the one of 2005, fundamentally affect the powers of the central organs of our political system. Sin embargo, sólo las reformas de 1989, la de 1991, una de 1997 y la de 2005, afectan medularmente a las potestades de los órganos centrales de nuestro sistema político. En ese sentido, esta última no afectó la predominancia presidencial, aunque sí intervino en sus atribuciones y estatuto.
