The Decree Law (D.L.) 211 of 1973 that establishes the rules for the defense of Free Competition in our country has been the subject of a reform. The project that modifies the aforementioned legal body began its legislative process in the Senate on May 21, 2002, once the Message was formulated by the President of the Republic.El Decreto Ley (D.L.) 211 de 1973 que establece las normas para la defensa de la Libre Competencia en nuestro país ha sido objeto de una reforma. El proyecto que modifica el citado cuerpo legal inició su tramitacion legislativa en el Senado el día 21 de mayo de 2002, una vez formulado el Mensaje por el Presidente de la República.
