| dc.description | Among the issues that have attracted the attention of scholars in recent years is that of risk. In the German-speaking world, "Risikoforschung" is promoted and seminars are held in business schools to teach how to manage risk. On the other hand, the issue of risk is a fundamental part of modern financial theory, where all choice models are built on the basis of a world with uncertainty, a scenario in which the consequences of decisions are contingent on the opportunity in that are carried out and the state of nature that is actually carried out. In this work it will be shown how risk, although it is a constitutive element of human life, has experienced a notable increase in recent years (I); then its importance will be shown (II) and the personal and social reactions that this phenomenon provokes (III), to end by highlighting some of its consequences in the legal field (IV) | en-US |
| dc.description | En los temas que han atraído la atención de los estudiosos en los últimos años está el del riesgo. En el mundo de habla germana se impulsa la "Risikoforschung" y en las escuelas de negocios se realizan seminarios para enseñar a administrar el riesgo. Por otra parte, el tema del riesgo es parte fundamental de la teoría financiera moderna, donde todos los modelos de elección se construyen sobre la base de un mundo con incertidumbre, escenario en el cual las consecuencias de las decisiones son contingentes respecto de la oportunidad en que sean realizadas y del estado de la naturaleza que efectivamente se realice. En este trabajo se hará ver cómo el riesgo, aunque es un elemento constitutivo de la vida humana, ha experimentado un notable incremento en los últimos años (I); luego se mostrará su importancia (II) y las reacciones personales y sociales que provoca este fenómeno (III), para terminar destacando algunas de sus consecuencias en el campo jurídico (IV) | es-ES |
