Abstract
The right to property is a fundamental right. The mention of the Bloc of Constitutionality in France will integrate, in 1971, the rights and freedoms with the principles of constitutional value. The right to property acquires a constitutional dimension. In this context, the legal scholar of the University of Aix Jerôme Tremeau addresses the treatment of this right by the French Constitutional Court. El derecho de propiedad es un derecho fundamental. La mención de Bloque de Constitucionalidad en Francia va a integrar, en 1971, los derechos y las libertades con los principios de valor constitucional. El derecho de propiedad adquiere una dimensión constitucional. En ese contexto, el iuspublicista de la Universidad de Aix Jerôme Tremeau aborda el tratamiento de este derecho por la Corte Constitucional francesa.
