dc.descriptionPARAGONIMOSIS IN SCHOOL CHILDREN FROM CONDEBAMBA VALLEY, CAJAMARCA-PERU A study of the prevalence of paragonimosis among primary students has been carried on three villages of Condebamba valley, Department of Cajamarca, by using the skin test and the examination of stools. From 77 skin tests, 2 were positive (2.6%), which were also positive by counter immunoelectrophoresis. All 77 stool samples were negative for Paragonimus eggs. These results showed a declination of human paragonimosis cases in Condebamba valley.
