dc.description	This article contains a legal report on the extension of the scope of the third paragraph of article 635 of the Code of Civil Procedure relating to the enforcement of judgments issued by arbitrators. Thus, the article begins by offering a historical, normative and jurisprudential analysis of the nature of voluntary arbitration in Chile, to then carry out an exegesis of the aforementioned normative body, arriving at conclusions of a practical nature on the normative expression that is analysed. dc.description	El presente artículo contiene un informe en derecho sobre la extensión de alcance del inciso tercero del artículo 635 del Código de Procedimiento Civil relativo a la ejecución de las resoluciones judiciales dictadas por los jueces árbitros. Así, el artículo comienza ofreciendo un análisis histórico, normativo y jurisprudencial de la naturaleza del arbitraje voluntario en Chile, para luego realizar una exégesis del mencionado cuerpo normativo, arribando a conclusiones de índole práctico sobre la expresión normativa que se analiza.
