The following paper try analyze and describe the different forms of social transgression as expression of a society in crisis, and they are part of a correlation in where the economic difficulties are the antecedent of an arise of social "rebellion", which not kept relation with the paternal slant that pretended keep up the local elite from Illapel. Interpersonal violence, rural banditry and alcoholism are expression that cannot be tolerable for a regional society which wish the order and reach a civic spirit.El siguiente trabajo intenta analizar y describir las distintas formas de transgresión social como expresiones de una sociedad en crisis, y que forman parte de un correlato en donde las dificultades económicas son el antecedente de una eclosión de "insubordinación" social que no guarda relación con el sesgo paternalista que pretende conservar la elite local de Illapel. Violencia interpersonal, bandidaje rural y alcoholismo son manifestaciones que no pueden ser toleradas por una sociedad regional que aspira al orden y a alcanzar un espíritu civilizador.
