| dc.description | This work deals with the ways to understand the cattle rustling, on the part of the popular sectors deepening in the subordinate mentality in order to appreciate its contents. The work is centered in the economic structure of cattle rustling, whose central approach maintains that cattle rustling chiefly acted with a sense of profit on carrying out their practice, giving to robbery and theft the connotation of business. Besides that, cattle rustling formed part of the rural insurgency that intended subvert the uneven social order to obtain a better quality of life. The background of it is the dialectical situation that contrast the ideas of imposed legality by the establishment and the concept of legitimacy that operated to the interior of the rural subordinates. | en-US |
| dc.description | Este trabajo trata acerca de los modos de comprender el abigeato, por parte de los sectores populares. A través del estudio de este delito se pretende ahondar en la mentalidad subalterna y apreciar los contenidos adherentes a ella. Este trabajo está centrado en la estructura económica del abigeato, cuyo planteamiento central sostiene que los abigeatos principalmente actuaron con un sentido de lucro al realizar sus prácticas, confiriéndole al robo y hurto la connotación de negocio. Asimismo, el abigeato formaría parte de las insurgencias campesinas cuyo norte sería invertir parte del desigual orden social para obtener una mejor calidad de vida, lo cual no impidió que se haya llevado a cabo un fluido contacto comercial con los mismos sectores de la elite. El trasfondo de lo dicho es la dialética que se produce al contrastar las ideas de legalidad impuestas por el orden hegemónico estatal y los conceptos de legitimidad que operaban al interior de los sectores subalternos campesinos. | es-ES |
