| dc.description | Is studied the influence of the Bolivian municipal legislation in the municipality of Antofagasta, once occupied the territory of the Atacama desert by the Chilean forces, in February 14, 1879, noting that the contemplated powers in the topics of incomes and goods of the Bolivian period, were defended by the neighbors, most of them Chileans, i front of the limitations of those by the political authority. | dc.description | Se estudia la influencia de la legislación municipal boliviana en la municipalidad de Antofagasta, una vez ocupado el territorio del desierto de Atacama por las fuerzas chilena, el día 14 de febrero de 1879, haciendo notar que las atribuciones contempladas en materias de rentas y bienes del periodo boliviano, fueron defendidas por los vecinos, en su mayoría de nacionalidad chilena, ante la limitación de éstas por la autoridad política. El reconocimiento de tales facultades quedó establecido por la ley que creó en 1888 la provincia de Antofagasta. | es-ES |
