dc.description	The author pretends, trough a pormenorized study of the dispositions about the family contained in the Código Moral by Juan Egaña, to show the detailed juridical regulation that about this matter the already mentioned code has to offers us. Starting with the Illustrated Monarchy and the ius commune, the author gets inside in the thoughts of the fi ne jurist and man of words and, particularly in one of his works, the Código Moral. In this way, he analyzes the many subjects about the family contained in the code, like the institutions of marriage, the patria potestas and the education of the children. With this he demonstrates the consideration of Egaña to recur, as an illustrated man that he was, to the ius commune, the Indian law and the law of Castilla.	en-US
dc.description	El autor pretende, a través de un estudio pormenorizado de las disposiciones relativas a la familia contenidas en el Código Moral de Juan Egaña, mostrar la detallada regulación jurídica que sobre esta materia nos ofrece el cuerpo normativo ya referido. Tomando como marco general a la Monarquía Ilustrada y al ius commune, el autor se adentra en el pensamiento del insigne jurista y hombre de letras y, particularmente en una de sus obras, el Código Moral. De este modo, analiza el sinnúmero de materias atingentes a la familia allí contenidas, pasando por instituciones tales como el matrimonio, la patria potestad y la educación de los hijos. Con ello demuestra la consideración de Egaña al recurrir, como hombre ilustrado, al ius commune, al derecho indiano y al derecho castellano.	es-ES
