| dc.description | The article analyzes the gender from Niklas Luhmann’s theory of social systems. For this, the article approaches the analysis of the complexity of the system and its interaction with expectations of behavior through operation mechanisms of the symbolically generalized communication media, code, programs and roles that derive from it. From this base, the article analyzes the concept of gender, considering it as a symbolically generalized communication media, tackling the linking of selection and motivation, with the conditioning of people’s expectations of behavior. | en-US |

Desde esta base, se analiza el concepto de género, considerándolo como un medio de comunicación simbólicamente generalizado, abordando la vinculación de la selección y la motivación con el condicionamiento de las expectativas del comportamiento de las personas. | es-ES |
