| dc.description | This article investigates the specific form adopted by the communication of art as a social system to observe possibilities and implications of the Luhmannian thesis on the inclusion and exclusion criteria applied to this system. It is analyzed how the inclusion or exclusion of art concerns to the broad structure of functionally differentiated modern society, and how communicative participation in this system (as an audience or as a creative/ performing artist) depends on system criteria – and not on the communicative inclusion in other function systems such as the economy, education or politics– related to sensitive and imaginative individual experience that go beyond the faculties of reading and writing, and in the case of the novel allude to existential hypotheses. | en-US |
| dc.description | El presente trabajo investiga la forma específica que presenta la comunicación del arte como sistema social para observar las posibilidades e implicaciones de la tesis luhmanniana sobre los criterios de inclusión y exclusión aplicada a este sistema. Se analiza el modo en que la inclusión y la exclusión del arte tiene que ver con la estructura general de la sociedad moderna funcionalmente diferenciada, y en que la participación en este sistema (como público o como artista creador/ejecutante) depende de criterios del propio sistema –y no de la inclusión en otros sistemas funcionales como la economía, la educación o la política– relacionados con experiencias individuales sensitivas e imaginativas que rebasan las facultades de lectoescritura y, en el caso de la novela, aluden a hipótesis existenciales. | es-ES |
