dc.descriptionIn this exploratory study on the Comprehensive Health Repair and Care Program (PRAIS), an analysis of the budget allocated in the period 2006- 2022 by the Budget Directorate for the program and the Undersecretary of Assistance Networks of the Ministry of Health (MINSAL) is developed, on which it depends. This to carry out a sectoral analysis of the budget. The importance of this analysis lies in the low amount of research related to PRAIS, even though this, from the international literature, has been cataloged as a successful case of reparation in the context of post-conflict societies. The findings made confirm the incrementalist nature of the public budget and a null critical analysis with a Human Rights perspective on the subject.en-US
dc.descriptionEn este estudio exploratorio sobre el Programa de Reparación y Atención Integral de Salud (PRAIS) se desarrolla un análisis del presupuesto asignado en el periodo 2006-2022 por la Dirección de Presupuestos al programa y a la Subsecretaría de Redes Asistenciales del Ministerio de Salud (MINSAL), del cual depende. Esto para realizar un análisis sectorial del presupuesto. La importancia de este análisis radica en la baja cantidad de investigaciones relacionadas al PRAIS, aun cuando este, desde la literatura internacional ha sido catalogado como un caso exitoso de reparación en el contexto de sociedades post conflicto. Los hallazgos realizados confirman el carácter incrementalista del presupuesto público y un nulo análisis crítico con perspectiva de Derechos Humanos en la temática.es-ES
