dc.descriptionManagement has invaded the political sphere in our postmodern times and is not limited to being a dominant form of management in companies and businesses. Management is configured as a system of practices whose expansive ideology does not recognize its political character. This system is neither deliberative nor democratic and instead prioritizes hierarchies and property and management rights. The current hegemony of Management invades the social and organizational life of the people, the sphere of politics and the same intimate life. In this context, post-politics has emerged as a phenomenon that highlights antagonisms and exclusions and is characterized by its rejection of consensus and contractual agreements between spheres of society. In this scenario, government power reinforces its power with unprecedented consensus or majority technologies via fake news or post-truth.en-US
dc.descriptionEl Management ha invadido la esfera política en nuestros tiempos postmodernos y no se limita a ser una forma dominante de gestión en las empresas y los negocios. El Management se configura como un sistema de prácticas cuya ideología expansiva no reconoce su carácter político. Este sistema no es deliberativo ni democrático y, en su lugar, prioriza las jerarquías y los derechos de propiedad y de gestión. La actual hegemonía del Management invade la vida social y organizacional de la gente, la esfera de lo político y la misma vida íntima. En este contexto ha surgido la post política como un fenómeno que subraya los antagonismos y las exclusiones, y se caracteriza por su rechazo al consenso y a los acuerdos contractuales entre las esferas de la sociedad. En este escenario, el poder gubernativo refuerza su poder con tecnologías inéditas de consenso o de mayorías vía fake news o posttruth.es-ES
