dc.descriptionThis paper reviews the current state of the electoral historiography in Chile from the perspective of analysis of the New Political History. It emphasizes what has been done so far in the last thirty years and how that reality is constructed. In this context and in the light of the extensive development of a Latin American historiography, achievements and shortcomings of historical problems addressed by national historians are analyzed.en-US

Enfatiza en lo que se ha hecho hasta la fecha en los últimos treinta años y en cómo se ha construido esa realidad. En ese contexto y a la luz del amplio desarrollo de una historiografía latinoamericana, se analizan logros y carencias de problemas históricos tratados por los historiadores nacionales.es-ES
