dc.description	The article focuses on the common languages between the different actors involved in judicial situation —judges, clerks, assistants, defendants, plaintiffs and witnesses- during the XVIIIth and XIXth centuries, both in Argentina and Chile. Speech is analyzed, the “know-how”, tactics and representations of men and women who participated in trials during the late eighteenth and early nineteenth century. The study is based on a comparative exercise between these two countries, both in historiographical dimension and documentary content, regarding socially shared knowledge on justice of the past.	en-US
dc.description	El artículo se centra en los lenguajes comunes entre los distintos actores involucrados en situación judicial —jueces, escribanos, auxiliares, reos, querellantes y testigos- durante los siglos XVIII y XIX, tanto en Argentina como en Chile. Se analiza el habla, el “saber-hacer”, las tácticas y representaciones de hombres y mujeres que participaron en juicios durante fines del siglo XVIII y las primeras décadas del siglo XIX. El estudio se apoya en un ejercicio comparativo entre ambos países, tanto en su dimensión historiográfica como en su contenido documental, respecto a los saberes socialmente compartidos en la justicia del pasado.	es-ES
