dc.descriptionLas relaciones peninsulares en la época del emperador de León, Alfonso VII, estuvieron marcadas por las luchas y relaciones entre los reinos de fronteras tanto intestinas, dentro de la cristianas, como con las externas contra el islam. El presente artículo busca recrear las relaciones entabladas por el emperador leonés con otros soberanos cristianos, pero especialmente remarcar las estratagemas de alianza y jurisdicción sobre líderes musulmanes para avanzar en el proceso de establecer jurisdicción por medio de la ocupación del espacio a costa de los taifas de al-Andalus.es-ES
dc.descriptionEmperor Alfonso VII of Leon’s peninsular relations were shaped by the relationship and struggles between both, the Christian realms of the inner borders, as well as those in the external borders against Islam. This paper aims to recreate the relationships established by the Emperor with other Christian sovereigns with a special emphasis in the stratagems of alliance and jurisdiction over Muslim leaders in order to develop and establish jurisdiction through the use of space at the expense of the Taifa of al Andalus.en-US
