dc.description	In the seventeenth century, the Spanish monarchy consolidated a cultural model of power that would convert their set of kingdoms into a global monarchy. This model would be built from a power structure split into two complementary figures: the king and the viceroy. Despite the importance of this process, historiography long ignored this form of power and how it created the Spanish monarchy’s ideology in the baroque area.	en-US
dc.description	En el siglo XVII, la monarquía hispana consolida un modelo cultural de poder, que convertirá a la composición de sus reinos en una monarquía global. Este modelo se articulará a partir de un mando disociado en dos figuras complementarias: el rey y el virrey. Pese a la trascendencia de este proceso, la historiografía ignoró por mucho tiempo esta forma de poder y la forma cómo se creó la ideología monárquica española en los tiempos del barroco.	es-ES
