| dc.description | Se discute la dimensión de la palabra, desde una perspectiva analítico-existencial, a propósito del trabajo psicoterapéutico con pacientes terminales. De acuerdo a las experiencias clínicas en este ámbito, todos los involucrados se ven confrontados con una serie de problemas e imposiciones, en cuyo centro se ubica la pregunta por la muerte. Las modalidades de hacerse cargo del insistente acecho de las formas plásticas y cambiantes, bajo las cuales se presenta la muerte, dependiendo de la biografía personal, la situación de vida y las los recursos individuales y sociales disponibles, es vivenciada de manera heterogénea y disímil. Sin embargo, a pesar de toda las variaciones intra e interindividuales, es posible distinguir ciertos puntos de la referencia, que pueden orientar el trabajo con pacientes oncológicos centrado en la relevancia del diálogo. Mediante la elaboración simbólica de aquello, que en el vivenciar en un primer momento se presenta como lo extraño y ajeno, lo desconocido e inasible, el hombre, a través del diálogo psicoterapéutico recupera la pluralidad originaria de las posibilidades inherentes al Dasein.
The dimension of the word is discussed from an analytical-existencial perspective, with regard to the psychotherapeutical work with terminal patients. According to the clinical experiences in this scope, all the involved individuals are confronted with a series of problems and impositions, in whose center the question for the death is located. The different modalities of elaborating the insistent return of the plastic and changing forms under which death appears, depending on the personal biography, the individual and social situation of life and resources available, are as heterogenous as dissimilar. Nevertheless, in spite of all the intra and interindividual variations, it is possible to distinguish certain points of reference, which can orient the work with oncological patients centered in the relevance of the dialogue. By means of a symbolic elaboration, that at a first moment appears like the strange and uncanny, or the unknown and inasible, the man, through the psychotherapeutic dialogue, may recover the original plurality of the inherent possibilities to the Dasein. | es-ES |
