El artículo expone los lineamientos generales desde donde Nikolas Rose hace un tratamiento de “lo social” en clave gubernamental. Para ello se recogen los elementos históricos que han caracterizado al gobierno social, en contraste con el que ha hecho funcionar el liberalismo clásico. El texto finaliza con la pregunta por la muerte de lo social en nuestra actualidad. This paper describes guidelines where Nikolas Rose makes a treatment of “the social” in government key.
