| dc.description | In this article, a qualitative research is carried out analyzing the discourse of 16 young chilean students who are the first generation of their family to enter university (FGS), investigating the influence that the student movement generates in the configuration of their respective subjectivities. Research shows that FGS forge a lonely path in the college admissions process, in with they must redefine themselves between the narrative of an adverse past and a hopeful present subject to many alternatives. The student movement in turn, particulary from its demands in the feminist May 2018 and this impact on the social outbreak of 2019, exerts an influence on the subjetivity of the FGS who criticize the adversities that hindered their entry into highter education, as well as their self-perception forged in the past. Finally, the intersubjetive negotiation of the FGS with their parents around the student movement becomes complex and in some casesredefines the biographical chronicles of the latter. In accordance with the sociological perspective of Anthony Giddens, who has worked on identity conformations in recent modernity, it is concluded that the FGS interviewed faceconstant rethinking of their subjetivities, a process interpreted from this theorical perspective as self-reflexive revisions of their chronicle of the self. Based on this, a tendency to self-management of life projects is noted in the FGS, wich turns the search for existencial orientations that were once sought in a heteronormative way in society inward. | en-US |
| dc.description | En el presente artículo, se realiza una investigación cualitativa analizando el discurso de 16 jóvenes chilenos estudiantes primera generación de su familia en ingresar a la universidad (EPG) indagando en la influencia que el movimiento estudiantil genera en la configuración de sus respectivas subjetividades.La investigación muestra que los EPG forjan un camino solitario en el proceso de ingreso a la universidad, en el que deben redefinirse entre la narrativa de un pasado adverso y un presente esperanzador sujeto a muchas alternativas. El movimiento estudiantil a su vez, particularmente desde sus demandas en el Mayo feminista de 2018 y mediante su incidencia en el estallido social de 2019, ejerce una influencia en la subjetividad de los EPG quienes someten a crítica la naturalización de ciertos patrones patriarcales forjados en su pasado así como las adversidades que obstaculizaron su ingreso a la educación superior. Finalmente, la negociación intersubjetiva de los EPG con sus padres en torno al movimiento estudiantil se torna compleja y remueve en algunos casos las subjetividades de estos últimos. En concordancia con la perspectiva sociológica de Anthony Giddens que ha trabajado las conformaciones de identidad en la modernidad reciente, se concluye que los EPG entrevistados se enfrentan a constantes replanteamientos de su subjetividad, proceso interpretado desde esta perspectiva teórica como revisiones autorreflexivas de su crónica del yo. En base a ello, se advierte en los EPG una tendencia a la autogestión de los proyectos de vida volcándose hacia el interior en la búsqueda de las orientaciones existenciales que antaño se buscaban de manera heteronormativa en la sociedad. | es-ES |
